Principal accountabilities including but not limited to:
· Responsible for New Sales via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing deals.
· Carries out daily sales calls and arrange minimum 2 new sales visit daily and follow up previous visit clients.
· Achieved the monthly/yearly sales target. Prepare quotations and follow up with operation manage to arrange the site survey and complete the P&L with Accounts to submit the quotation on time
· To prepare an action plan with GM, BD & Ops.
· To achieve the sales target and follow up its implantation on monthly basis.
· Tracking of projects and maintain weekly project pipe line.
· To submit weekly sales planner and weekly sales visit report.
· Prepare the weekly sales report including all new sales, follow up, quotation, new contract, lost business
· Maintain all current customer data update the current contract list
· Coordinate with the operations team to share the market information
· Maintain and update sales client visit and follow up system to keep our follow up daily Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle.
· Collecting all the important information’s related to the competitor’s intelligence in the market.
· Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts and reports
· Participating and assisting in all kinds of marketing researches or statistics related to his dept.
· Develop and maintain prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads
· Keeping good appearance for his office and himself to reflect the company standards.
· Develop the company new business and work to present the services in the market.

Essential:Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in selling Cleaning & Facility Management Services in Abu Dhabi market.
Good presentation skills
Computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Desirables:
1. UAE driving License
2. Degree/Diploma in Marketing/BBA/Management
